Mark A. Luden

Mark is a seasoned sales, marketing and management executive with over 14 years of successful sales, marketing and management experience in the enterprise financial software industry. Mark has led national product rollouts, managed a strategic business unit and served as Director of Sales and Marketing for a startup software company.

Mark has been very active consumer electronics industry serving as the Chairman of the Small Business Council, Chairman of Division Executive Board, a member of the Executive Board and was recently elected to a second term on Board of Industry Leaders of the Consumer Electronics Association. Mark is passionate about free trade and recently testified in front of the House Committee on Small Business on CEA’s behalf regarding USTR’s role in helping American companies increase exports.




Kenneth McCaw

Kenneth McCaw, our founder, has served as a member of our board of directors since March 1990.  Mr. McCaw is an accomplished producer, writer and inventor. He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angles Film Scoring program. Mr. McCaw has written approximately 200 original music pieces and has produced over 25 albums.  Mr. McCaw has written and produced music for The White House, Walt Disney Productions, The United States Olympic Committee, Opryland Productions, as well as numerous theaters and playhouses throughout the United States.   Mr. McCaw is the inventor of the Hammer Jammer™, a patented, consumer key hammering mechanism for acoustic and electric guitars.




Walter J. Doyle

Walter J. Doyle was elected a director on April 5, 2010 at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders.  Since January 1995, Mr. Doyle has served as the President of Forest Capital, an angel capital firm, located in Powell, Ohio. Previously, Mr. Doyle was founder, President and CEO of Industrial Data Technologies Corp. (IDT) for 21years.   IDT designed, developed, manufactured and marketed high-tech products for factory automation projects in the steel, automotive, food and chemical industries.  Earlier, he worked for Industrial Nucleonics/Accuray Corporation (NYC and Columbus, Ohio).  Even earlier, he was a US Army Paratrooper.  Mr. Doyle earned an Electrical Engineering degree from The City College of New York (CCNY) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.  He is a member and/or on the board of a number of businesses and local civic organizations.

John Ertman

Acting VP – ButtKicker Live!

John Ertmann, vice president, is a veteran of the sports and entertainment world. Most recently, Ertmann served as the founding President and General Manager of Columbus Sports Network (CSN), an over-the-air, all-sports television station broadcast throughout Central Ohio. Prior to CSN, Ertmann served in a variety of executive positions in the world of sports and television, including Vice President/General Counsel for the New York Yankees where he reported directly to the Principal Owner, George Steinbrenner. Ertmann’s responsibilities at the Yankees included negotiating player contracts, broadcast agreements and collective bargaining contracts.

Ertmann then served as Vice President of NBC Sports where he structured programming agreements with the NFL, NBA and the US Olympic Committee, among other sports properties. Ertmann subsequently was hired as Executive Vice President-Business Affairs and Chief Legal Officer of Major League Soccer, and later as President and CEO of Equibase Company. Ertmann received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his juris doctorate degree from the University of Virginia. John is an active member of the Columbus community, serving on the board for Columbus Children’s Theatre and as a member of the Board of the American Red Cross-Columbus Chapter.




Lawrence L. Lemoine

Chief Operating Officer / Acting CFO

Before joining the Company, Mr. Lemoine, age 64, was CEO of Wave Entertainment Network where he created and successfully launched a new entertainment platform of a "first of its kind" IPTV worldwide entertainment platform for the maritime and hospitality industries. Prior to Wave, he was VP Finance of DIRECTV, involved in DIRECTV's growth from the early stages to a subscriber base of over 12 million. In addition, Mr. Lemoine held the Controller post for the 1984 Olympic Organizing Committee, the most profitable Olympic Games in history and also served as an executive consultant to various start-ups that include a Paris-based satellite service organization, Daytona Prototype motor racing team (U.S.) and a sports video production organization.




Marvin Clamme

Dir. of Engineering

Marvin is a professional studio engineer with an EET from Purdue. He has extensive audio engineering experience including being the recording engineer at Britannia Studios in Los Angeles.  He has worked for and traveled with well known entertainers such as Merle Haggard and Tom Jones.
