Guitammer and Lumière Pavilions Extend “4D” Cinema Partnership
Growing China Theater Chain Will Feature Over 640 “4D” Seats in Three New Cinemas -
Shenyang, Wuhan and Yancheng

July 15, 2015

WESTERVILLE, OH and BEIJING, CHINA, July 15, 2015 - The Guitammer Company (OTCQB: GTMM), a leader in haptic-tactile broadcasting technology and hardware for sports, cinemas and consumers, and Sichuan Lumière Cinema Co. Ltd. (Lumière Pavilions) of Beijing, China announced today that they are expanding their partnership with the addition of three new Lumiere Digital cinemas in Shenyang, Wuhan and Yancheng. All three are slated to open in the late summer or early fall of this year.

“This brings our total to 12 LD brand theaters in 13 locations across China, each of which features the best in class for projection, sound and of course, every seat is powered by Guitammer’s ‘Synchronized Low-Frequency Vibration System’, an enhancement to low frequency sound experiences, i.e. explosions”, stated Jimmy Wu, Lumière’s founder and CEO. “The ticket prices for LD auditoriums are higher in each location and always sold out whenever a blockbuster movie releases. It means LD theater has higher return on investment. We expect to open more LD theaters including adding more on existing locations. Needless to say, there are other ‘4D seat’ available in the market. However, my system selection criterion is based on ‘the cinema is the place to restore the movie production’; I do not believe any technical invention in cinema that is not used during the movie production. The ButtKicker from Guitammer serves my ‘sound experience enhancement’ purpose perfectly. I am confident with Guitammer’s ButtKicker and will continue integrate it into our LD brand theaters.”

Mark Luden, President of Guitammer stated, “These new theatres will bring our total deployment with Lumière to more than 3,800 seats all across China. And, this is the second sale we will have made direct to Lumière from our joint venture manufacturing partner in Ningbo, China increasing the economic benefits for both Lumière and ourselves.”
